The company holds interests in the uranium exploration properties in Utah, Wyoming, and Arizona, as well as uranium/vanadium properties in Colorado. It also owns a 100% interest in the Upper Maybelle River uranium project located in the Athabasca Basin. In addition, the company holds interest in the Newsboy gold and silver project that consists of 35 federal lode claims and 4 state leases covering an area of 2,243 acres located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The company was formerly known as Anfield Resources Inc. and changed its name to Anfield Energy Inc. in December 2017. Anfield Energy Inc. was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Burnaby, Canada.
