Bloom Select Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end investment trust. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide unitholders with an investment in an actively managed portfolio consisting primarily of Canadian equity securities that exhibit low volatility at the time of investment, monthly cash distributions that have a large component of Canadian eligible dividends, and the opportunity for capital appreciation. The Fund's portfolio consisting primarily of Canadian equities, income trusts and real estate investment trusts. The Fund's portfolio includes investments in various sectors, such as financial services, energy infrastructure, consumer discretionary, materials, real estate, consumer staples, industrial, utilities, oil and gas, information technology, healthcare, and cash and short-term investments. The Fund's manager is Bloom Investment Counsel, Inc. (Bloom). Bloom provides administrative services to the Fund and manages the Fund's portfolio.
