Nevada Copper Corp. is a development-stage mining company. The Company is engaged in the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of copper and other mineral properties located in the United States. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of the Pumpkin Hollow copper project located in the Walker Lane mineralized belt of western Nevada. Its Pumpkin Hollow is an advanced-stage development copper property with reserves and resources, including copper, gold, silver, as well as an iron magnetite resource. The Pumpkin Hollow project consists of an approximately 6,500 tons per day Stage 1 underground copper mine development and an approximately 70,000 tons per day open pit stage 2 project located nearby. The Pumpkin Hollow property is located approximately 90 road miles southeast of Reno. The property consists of a contiguous land package of over 27 square mile held under a lease agreement by the Company comprising both patented and unpatented claims.
