Molson Coors Canada Inc. is a Canada-based brewery. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Molson Coors Brewing Company. The Company brews, markets, sells and distributes a range of beer brands nationally. The Company's product brands include primarily Coors Light and Molson Canadian, as well as other owned brands, including Carling, Coors Banquet, Creemore Springs, Granville Island, Molson Dry, Molson Export, Pilsner and Rickard's. The Company also has various strategic distribution partnerships, including those with Heineken. The Company also has partnership arrangements related to the distribution of beer in Ontario, namely, Brewers' Retail Inc. (BRI), and in the Western provinces, Brewers' Distributor Ltd. (BDL).
