Golden Arrow Resources Corporation is an exploration-stage company. The Company is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties. Its properties are located in Argentina and include approximately 214,000 hectares in over four provinces. The properties include Chinchillas Project, Mogote Property, Pescado Gold Project, Caballos Project, Don Bosco Project and Potrerillos Gold-Silver Project. The Chinchillas Project is located in the prolific Bolivian silver-zinc-tin belt, which extends into northern Argentina. The Mogote project includes over 8,800 hectares located in the Vicuna District of northern San Juan Province. It holds over 10 mineral claims, which are approximately 22,000 hectares in the Gualcamayo area of San Juan form the Pescado Gold Project. The Caballos Project is located in a prospective porphyry copper and epithermal gold-silver district along the Chilean border in western La Rioja Province.
