GreenPower Motor Company Inc., formerly Oakmont Minerals Corp., is engaged in the business of manufacturing and distributing green-tech charter, school and city buses. The Company develops electric powered vehicles for commercial markets. The Company offers a range of electric powered buses deploying electric drive and battery technologies with a lightweight chassis and low floor or high floor body. Its suite of products include both heavy duty transit and school buses. The Company's bus is based on a clean sheet design and utilizes a custom battery management system and a Flex Power system for the drive motors. Its heavy duty transit bus product line includes EV250, EV300, EV350, EV400, EV450, EV500 and EV550. Its school bus product line includes EVS 01, EVS 02, EVS 03 and EVS 04. Its EV250 bus accommodates approximately 25 people and standees. Its EV300 bus accommodates approximately 25 people and standees. Its EVS 01 school bus accommodates approximately 25 people.
