The investment objectives of Brompton Flaherty & Crumrine Investment Grade Preferred ETF are to provideholders of units (“Unitholders”) of the Brompton ETF with: (a) stable monthly cash distributions and (b) a stablenet asset value. The Brompton ETF seeks to hedge substantially all of its direct foreign currency exposure back tothe Canadian dollar.
