Edison Cobalt Corp, formerly Power Americas Minerals Corp, is a Canada-based company engaged in mineral property exploration and development. The Company is a junior mining company with properties in northwest and southern British Columbia. The Company's exploration and evaluation assets include PDL Property, Keremeos, British Columbia; Copau Property, British Columbia; Alberta Lithium, Fox Creek-Swan Hills, Kittson Colbalt Property, Northeastern Ontario. It owns metallic and industrial minerals exploration permits from the Province of Alberta. The PDL mineral property is located in the Keremeos-Olalla region of southern British Columbia. The Copau property is situated between Colorado's North ROK Property to the east and Imperial Metal's massive Red Chris copper-gold (Cu-Au) porphyry deposit to the south. The Company owns two mineral claims New Quinn Eskay and New Quinn Eskay II (the New Quinn Eskay Claims) located in the Unuk River area of Northern British Columbia.
