BSR Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canada-based internally managed, unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The main business of the REIT is the acquisition of multi-suite residential rental properties across the United States. The REIT owns a portfolio of approximately 50 multifamily garden-style residential properties consisting of more than 9,000 apartment units located across more than four bordering states in the Sunbelt region of the United States. BSR Real Estate Investment Trust’s core markets include Metropolitan Statistical Areas, including Oklahoma City and Tulsa in Oklahoma, Houston and Dallas in Texas, Little Rock and Fayetteville/Bentonville in Arkansas, as well as Baton Rouge in Louisiana, the United States.
