PIMCO Global Income Opportunities Fund is a closed-end exchange traded investment company. The Fund's objectives include providing unitholders with monthly cash distributions, maximizing total return to Unitholders through distributions and capital appreciation, and preserving capital. The Fund invests in fixed-income securities selected from various global fixed-income sectors. The sectors it invests in include corporate bonds and notes, sovereign issues, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities; bank loan obligations and the United States government agencies, among others. PIMCO Canada Corp. (PIMCO Canada) is the investment fund manager. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC is the sub-advisor of the Fund.
