Nighthawk Gold Corp. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company holds interest in Indin Lake Gold Property, which comprises a total land package of 222,203 acres or 900 square kilometers in the Indin Lake Greenstone Belt, located approximately 200 kilometers north of Yellowknife, NWT. The Company also holds interest in Superior Project, which is located in the Batchawana Bay area, approximately 85 kilometers northwest of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The Superior Project consists of approximately 180 square kilometers of contiguous claims, and includes the Coppercorp Mine. The Company also holds interest in the Colomac Gold Project. The Colomac Gold Project lies within the central portion of its 229,791 acre Indin Lake Gold Property. The Colomac Gold Project is located approximately 220 kilometers northwest of Yellowknife, NWT.
