Nicola Mining Inc., formerly Huldra Silver Inc., is a junior exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of identification, acquisition and exploration of mineral property interests together with custom milling operations at its mill located in Merritt, British Columbia. The Company operates through the exploration and development of its mineral exploration properties segment. The Company holds interests in approximately 40 mineral claims at Treasure Mountain property, which is located northeast of Hope, British Columbia. The Company's claim holdings at the Merritt Property consist of over 20 mineral claims covering approximately 8,460 hectares, over 10 mineral leases covering approximately 350 hectares known as Thule Copper Property, and over seven district freehold lots covering approximately 390 hectares, which is located to the northwest of Merritt, British Columbia.
