Energy Leaders Plus Income Fund is a closed-end investment fund. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide Unitholders with monthly cash distributions; the opportunity for capital appreciation, and lower overall volatility of portfolio returns than would otherwise be experienced by owning equity securities of the Company directly. The Fund invests in a portfolio of equity securities of energy issuers that have a market capitalization of at least $10 billion at the time of investment; are paying a dividend/distribution; have options in respect of their equity securities listed on a recognized options exchange, and have operations and/or offices in approximately two countries. The Fund invests in an equally-weighted portfolio of equity securities of over 20 energy issuers.
