Exposure to these types of equity securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active Canadian Dividend Fund (the “Dynamic ACD Fund”), and/or by investing directly in them, in securities of one or more Other Funds (as hereinafter defined), and/or through the use of derivatives.

XRE Description iShares S&P/TSX Capped REIT Index Fund, formerly iShares CDN S&P/TSX Capped REIT Index Fund, seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P/TSX Capped REIT Index (the Index) through investments in the constituent issuers of such Index. The Index consists of securities of Canadian real estate investment trusts (REITs) listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), selected by Standard & Poor’s (S&P) using its industrial classifications and guidelines for evaluating issuer capitalization, liquidity and fundamentals. The Fund is managed by BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited.
