Exposure to these types of equity securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active Canadian Dividend Fund (the “Dynamic ACD Fund”), and/or by investing directly in them, in securities of one or more Other Funds (as hereinafter defined), and/or through the use of derivatives.

XMD Description iShares S&P/TSX Completion Index Fund, formerly iShares CDN S&P TSX Completion Index Fund, seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P/TSX Completion Index (the Index) through investments in the constituent issuers of such Index. The Index consists of securities that, on the basis of market capitalization, make up the mid and smaller tier of the Canadian issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), selected by S&P using its industrial classifications and guidelines for evaluating issuer capitalization, liquidity and fundamentals. The Fund is managed by BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited.
