Exposure to these types of equity securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active Canadian Dividend Fund (the “Dynamic ACD Fund”), and/or by investing directly in them, in securities of one or more Other Funds (as hereinafter defined), and/or through the use of derivatives.

iShares S&P/TSX Capped Materials Index Fund, formerly iShares CDN S&P/TSX Capped Materials Index Fund, seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P/TSX Capped Materials Index (the Index) through investments in the constituent issuers of such Index. The Index is a constrained market capitalization-weighted index that consists of the securities of Canadian materials sector issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), selected by S&P using its industrial classifications and guidelines for evaluating issuer capitalization, liquidity and fundamentals. In the Index, the weight of any one company, in terms of market capitalization, is limited to 25%. The Fund is managed by BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited.Grade (RS Rating)
