    Zephyr Minerals Ltd. is a gold exploration and development company. The Company holds interest in the Dawson gold project in Colorado, the United States. The Dawson project is consists of approximately five gold mineralized areas: the Sentinel segment, the Dawson segment, the Copper King segment, the Windy Gulch segment and the Windy Point segment. The Dawson project consists of approximately 50 contiguous unpatented lode mining claims, and approximately eight patented lode mining claims and a patented placer claim covering approximately four square kilometers (400 hectares). The Company holds interest in approximately 50 contiguous unpatented claims, approximately eight patented claims and a patented placer claim. The Company has operations located in Canada and the United States.
