    ValOre Metals Corp, formerly Kivalliq Energy Corp, is a Canada-based junior natural resource mining company. The Company holds projects hosting uranium, as well as precious and base metals. ValOre Metals Corp has the following projects: The Angilak Property, which is located in the Kivalliq District of Nunavut, Canada approximately 325 kilometers west of Rankin Inlet and consists of approximately 300,000 acres of land held at approximately 100 mineral claims and an Inuit Owned Land (IOL) Parcel (RI-30); The Baffin Gold Property, which is a gold exploration project and it is located in Nunavut, Canada, as well as the Hatchet Lake Property and Genesis Property, which are both uranium exploration projects and are located in Saskatchewan, Canada.
