The Riqueza Marina/Zaachila project is located in southern Oaxaca in the Tehuantepec Isthmus geographic province where the Oaxaca Sierra meets the coastal plain of the Pacific Ocean. The project consists of two claim blocks, Riqueza Marina and Zaachila, which are separated by about 30 kilometers. The Riqueza Marina block consists of three concessions located in the Tehuantepec Municipality and immediately southwest of the City of Tehuantepec; the deep-water port city of Salina Cruz is about 10 kilometers to the southeast.
