Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. is a Canada-based resource company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of properties for the purpose of producing uranium. The Company operates through mineral exploration segment. The Company is focused on locating uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin in Northern Saskatchewan. It has approximately seven properties located in the Athabasca Basin. Its properties include Hook Lake, Red Willow, Smart Lake, Turnor Lake, Henday Lake, Umfreville Lake and McArthur East. The Hook Lake Project consists of approximately nine claims totaling over 28,590 hectares and is situated in the southwestern Athabasca Basin. The Red Willow property consists of approximately 20 mineral claims having a total area of over 41,110 hectares. The Smart Lake property includes approximately two claims with a total area of over 9,800 hectares. The Turnor Lake property includes approximately five claims with a total area of over 9,700 hectares.
