Banyan Gold Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the business of exploration and development of precious metals. The Company owns interest in the Hyland Gold Property, which is located in the Yukon Territory. The Hyland Gold Project is located in the Watson Lake Mining District of southeast Yukon, approximately 70 kilometers northeast of the town of Watson Lake. The Hyland Gold Project consists of approximately 930 mineral claims totaling over 18,620 hectares in area. The Hyland Gold Property contains a Main Zone resource of approximately 361,690 ounces of gold and approximately 2,248,950 ounces of silver. Its 2016 Hyland Gold Project exploration program consists of a diamond drilling program within the Hyland Main Zone deposit, which is a trench program in the Camp Zone and Montrose Ridge Zone. Its drill program targets in-fill and extension of the Main Zone gold-silver deposit. The Company has not generated any revenues from operations.
