Minaurum Gold Inc. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of mineral resource assets in Mexico. The Company's projects include Biricu Project, Vuelcos del Destino Project, Adelita Project, Aurena Project and Santa Marta Project. The Biricu project consists of approximately three mining concessions covering over 41,460 hectares in the southeastern portion of the Guerrero Gold Belt (GGB). Vuelcos del Destino is located on the southern end of the GGB trend, totaling over 8,830 hectares. The Santa Marta project covers approximately 7,110 hectares in the southeastern part of Oaxaca State. The Aurena Project comprises approximately four mineral concessions covering over 1,030 hectares in the southern part of Oaxaca state. The Adelita project straddles the border of Sinaloa and Sonora states and covers over 8,450 hectares, and lies approximately eight kilometers east of Pan American Silver's Alamo Dorado mine.
