Ascot Resources Ltd. is a junior mineral exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties. It operates through two geographic segments: Canada and the United States. Its properties include Premier/Dilworth option, the Mt. Margaret property and Swamp Point Project. The Dilworth property is a gold, silver, base metals project, which is located approximately 20 kilometers north of the town of Stewart in northwestern British Columbia. The Mt. Margaret porphyry is a copper-molybdenum-gold-silver deposit, which is located approximately 22.5 kilometers southwest of Randle Washington in Skamania County. The Mt. Margaret property covers a portion of the undeveloped resource known as the Mt. Margaret deposit. The Mt. Margaret property is held by the Company's subsidiary, Ascot USA Inc. The Swamp Point project is a sand and gravel deposit, which is located on the Portland Canal in northwestern British Columbia, Canada.
