The investment seeks to replicate the performance, net of expenses, of the FTSE TMX Canada FRN Index. The index consists of Canadian dollar denominated floating-rate bonds (also called floating-rate notes), with an outstanding face value of $300 million or more, a remaining term to maturity of at least three months, and that are rated ‘A’ or higher.
