Income Financial Trust (the Trust) is a mutual fund trust. The Trust's investment objective is to provide unitholders with a stable stream of monthly distributions by investing in a diversified portfolio consisting primarily of common shares issued by corporations whose shares are included in the S&P/ Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) Capped Financials Index, the S&P Financials Index or the S&P MidCap Financials Index. The financial services companies in North America, in the banking, insurance, brokerage, investment management or specialty finance sectors, are held within the portfolio. Quadravest Capital Management Inc. (Quadravest) is the investment manager for the Trust.
