Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. is an exploration-stage company engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company owns interest in approximately nine properties totaling over 540 square kilometers of mineral tenure located in British Columbia, Canada. Its properties include Fox property, Rateria-West Valley property, Silverboss property, Silver Dollar property, Hawk property and Hen-Art-DL property. The Silver Dollar property consists of approximately 3,160 hectares (over 31.16 square kilometers) of mineral tenure owned by the Company and located approximately 40 kilometers southeast of Revelstoke, British Colombia. The Hen-Art-DL property is located approximately 20 kilometers southeast of the Boss Mt. molybdenum mine. The property adjoins to the south and east of the Company's Silverboss property. The Hen-Art-DL property is approximately 6,270 hectares (over 62.7 square kilometers) in area.
