Crown Point Energy Inc. (Crown Point) is a Canada-based junior international oil and gas company. The Company has producing basins in Argentina, the Austral basin in the province of Tierra del Fuego (TDF) and the Neuquen basin, in the province of Mendoza. The Company has interest in approximately three exploitation concessions in TDF. Crown Point is conducting an active exploration and well re-entry program in the Cerro de Los Leones (CLL) Exploration Concession in Mendoza province, an area surrounded by conventional oil pools. The Company has an interest in approximately 100,910 acre area covered by the CLL Concession Permit (the Permit), which is located in the northern portion of the Neuquen Basin. The Company is also focused on drilling approximately one exploration well on each of the Rio Cullen and La Angostura Concessions.
