The Fund invests primarily in unitsof other mutual funds managed by PIMCO Canada (called the underlying funds), emphasizingmutual funds that invest in fixed-income securities.Any change to the fundamental investment objectives must be approved by a majority of votescast at a meeting of unitholders called for that purpose.
