The Company is focused on investments in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of capitalization global dividend growth companies selected by the Manager. The Company's investment objectives are to provide holders of Preferred shares with fixed cumulative preferrential quarterly cash distributions and to return the original issue price on the maturity date, as well as to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distributions and the opportunity for capital appreciation.
