Opus One Resources Inc, formerly GFK Resources Inc, is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of exploration and evaluation assets. The Company holds interest in Northern Abitibi Project, which is located in the Abitibi region of Quebec extending from the Vezza township north of La Sarre to the Le Sueur township northeast of Lebel-sur-Quevillon. The project includes Vezza North and Vezza Extension properties, which are located over 30 kilometers south of Matagami and over 150 kilometers north of the town of Amos, and Bachelor Extension Property, which is located approximately 90 kilometers north of Lebel-sur-Quevillon and approximately 15 kilometers northeast of Desmaraisville. The project consists of over 160 mining titles with a total surface area of over 8,290 hectares.
