Each WisdomTree ETF seeks to track, to the extent possible, the price and yieldperformance of the applicable Index, before fees and expenses. The investment strategy ofeach WisdomTree ETF is to invest in and hold the Constituent Securities of the applicableIndex in the same proportion as they are reflected in the applicable Index or otherwiseinvest in a manner intended to track the price and yield performance of the Index.
