In respect of the Hedged Units, Manulife Multifactor Developed International Index ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the John Hancock Dimensional Developed International Index (CAD Hedged), or any successor thereto. Manulife Multifactor Developed International Index ETF invests directly or indirectly primarily in equity securities of issuers from developed markets outside of the U.S. and Canada.
