VR Resources Ltd's Bonita property is located in Humboldt County in northwestern Nevada, the United States, approximately 200 kilometers (km) northeast of Reno, and over 70 km northwest of the town of Winnemucca. Bonita is a property covering a number of historic copper, gold and iron showings. The Company's mineral exploration assets are held in a wholly-owned, Nevada-registered subsidiary, namely Renntiger Resources Ltd.
