DXO seeks to provide interest income and the potential for some long-term capital growth by investing primarily in North American fixed income corporate securities that are rated close to the line dividing investment grade and high-yield credit. Exposure to these types of fixed income securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active Crossover Bond Fund (the “Dynamic ACB Fund”), and/or by investing directly in them, in securities of one or more Other Funds, and/or through the use of derivatives.
