Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd is a Canada-based company, which is focused on the purchase, sale and transportation of natural gas liquids (NGLs) across North America and export to overseas markets. It is engaged in the acquisition and development of oil and gas infrastructure, including gas plants, pipelines, NGLs by rail, export terminals and storage facilities. It holds interests in AltaGas, Peace River Arch Area and Acheson Gas Plant. Its facilities have a combined gross licensed natural gas processing capacity of approximately 500 million cubic feet (MMcf) and a throughput of approximately 100 MMcf per day (MMcf/d). AltaGas includes approximately eight facilities that are focused in the Deep Basin, located in proximity to its Brazeau River Complex. The Company’s AltaGas also includes over 2,000 kilometers of gathering pipelines and other associated infrastructure. The Company’s Acheson Gas Plant has a total aggregate capacity of 30 MMcf/d of gas processing capability.
