Taranis Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in acquiring and exploring its mineral properties. It operates in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties segment. The Company's British Columbia Property includes Thor Property, which is located in the Revelstoke mining district of British Columbia, Canada. The Thor property includes over 30 Crown Granted Mineral Claims and approximately 20 Mineral Tenures covering approximately 3,310 hectares, which forms a contiguous property over the Thor precious and base metal Deposit. The Thor is exhalative-type sulfide deposit with a copper-rich base (Broadview) at the south end and a precious metal rich cap at the north end (SIF and Blue Bell Zones) that collectively lie on the east limb of the Thor Antiform. ENVI Joint Ventures LLC is the subsidiary of the Company.
