Purpose Active Balanced Fund is a mutual fund established as a trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to an amended and restated declaration of trust dated as of October 13, 2023. Purpose Active Balanced Fund seeks to provide unitholders with a combination of long-term capital growth and a moderate level of income, primarily by investing in a diverse portfolio of equity securities and fixed income securities located anywhere in the world. The Fund objective is to outperform a passive balanced strategy over a full market cycle on a risk adjusted basis.
