The Company conducts its operations, through its subsidiaries, OneCloudCo Limited (OCC), CloudCo Solutions Inc. (CCS) and OneBridge Solutions Inc. (OBS). OCC provides financial software solutions on a subscription, services only basis to not-for-profit organizations from computing servers located remotely from its customers. CCS is engaged in providing software development services to OCC. OBS is engaged in providing software services to the oil and gas pipeline industry. In addition, the Company owns the business of Bridge Solutions Inc., which has developed a technology that provides pipeline operators with information about their pipelines.
