Novo Resources Corp. is engaged in the business of evaluating, acquiring and exploring natural resource properties. The Company's exploration and evaluation assets include Beatons Creek, Grant's Hill, PaleoPlacer, Tuscarora, Blue Spec, Talga, Two Creeks and Mt. Hayes. The Blue Spec Project encompasses approximately 120 square kilometers and is situated over 20 kilometers due east of its Beatons Creek Project near the town of Nullagine, Western Australia. The Tuscarora Property is located in Elko County, Nevada, and consists of approximately 20 unpatented lode claims. The Two Creeks Project hosts approximately nine kilometers of strike along the Blue Spec shear zone. The Mt. Hays Project covers an area of approximately 80 square kilometers immediately east and adjoining the Two Creeks Project and hosts over 10 kilometers of strike along the Blue Spec shear zone.
