XEG Description

iShares S&P/TSX Capped Energy Index Fund, formerly iShares CDN S&P/TSX Capped Energy Index Fund, seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P/TSX Capped Energy Index (the Index) through investments in the constituent issuers of such index. The Index consists of securities of Canadian energy sector issuers listed on the TSX, selected by Standard & Poor’s (S&P) using its industrial classifications and guidelines for evaluating issuer capitalization, liquidity and fundamentals. The Index includes stocks belonging to the S&P/TSX Energy industry sector classification, with the weight of any one company capped at 25% of the market capitalization of the Index. The Fund is managed by BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited.

Dynamic Active Enhanced Yield Covered Options ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by 1832 Asset Management L.P. The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States and Canada region. The fund invests through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund uses derivatives such as options to create its portfolio. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of large- cap companies. It employs fundamental analysis to create its portfolio. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against a composite index comprising of 20% of the S&P 500 TR Index, 50% of the CBOE S&P 500 PutWrite Index and 30% of the CBOE S&P 500 BuyWrite Index. Dynamic Active Enhanced Yield Covered Options ETF was formed on September 7, 2022 and is domiciled in Canada.
