The current Index for each iShares Fund is identifiedin this prospectus under “Investment Objectives”.

XMV Description The investment seeks to replicate, net of expense, the MSCI Canada Minimum Volatility Index CAD. The fund will primarily invest in securities that consists of the underlying index. The index measures the performance of equity securities in the top 85% by market capitalization of equity securities listed on stock exchanges in Canada that have lower volatility relative to the equity securities included in the MSCI Canada Index.
