Currently, this Vanguard ETF seeks to track the FTSE Canada All Cap Real Estate Capped 25% Index (or any successor thereto). It invests primarily in stocks of companies in the Canadian real estate sector.

Index constituents are ranked and selected based on their indicated dividend and are capped at 5% weight, while each sector is capped at 30% weight.
