FUD Description ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Value Line Dividend Index on a currency hedged basis, net of expenses. The Value Line® Dividend Index (the “Index”) is a modified equal-dollar weighted index comprised of U.S. exchange-listed securities of companies that pay above-average dividends and have the potential for capital appreciation. Securities are selected for inclusion in the Index by using Value Line’s Safety™ Ranking System which ranks a stock’s price stability based on standard deviation and its financial condition based on several measures of financial performance.
