It holds a 100% interest in the Copper Creek project that covers an area of 16 square miles located in Pinal County, Arizona; and the Contact copper project consisting of 156 patented claims covering an area of approximately 2,650 acres and 219 unpatented claims covering an area of approximately 3,285 acres situated in Elko County, Nevada. The company was formerly known as CopperBank Resources Corp. and changed its name to Faraday Copper Corp. in April 2022. Faraday Copper Corp. was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.

CDZ Description The investment seeks to replicate the performance, net of expenses, of the S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats index. The index consists of common stocks or income trusts listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange which are constituents of the S&P Canada Broad Market index (BMI). The security must have increased ordinary cash dividends every year for at least five consecutive years, and the float-adjusted market capitalization of the security, at the time of the review, must be at least C$ 300 million.
