    Gold Terra Resource Corp. Description

    Gold Terra Resource Corp. engages in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. The company holds 100% interest in the Yellowknife City gold project that includes Northbelt, Southbelt, and Eastbelt properties in the Northwest Territories, as well as other claims and property interests encompassing 783 square kilometers of land on the Yellowknife greenstone belt. It also has 100% interest in the Stewart copper/gold property, which consists of 2 mineral exploration licenses totaling approximately 137 claims covering approximately 34.25 square kilometers located in the Burin Peninsula of Newfoundland. In addition, the company holds interest in the Aurora 1 and 2 claims. The company was formerly known as TerraX Minerals Inc. and changed its name to Gold Terra Resource Corp. in February 2020. Gold Terra Resource Corp. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
