Wall Financial Corporation is a Canada-based real estate investment and development company. The Company operates in three segments of the real estate industry: ownership and management of residential rental properties, the development and sale of residential housing (development properties) and the ownership and management of hotel properties. The Company owns and manages approximately 1,060 residential units and approximately five commercial units in over nine properties in Metro Vancouver, with over 210 units at the Shannon Gate rental property in the lease up phase. The Company owns and manages over two hotel properties in Metro Vancouver, including the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel and the Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport Hotel. The Company's properties under development include Eagle Mountain, Mandarin Residences, Wall Centre Central Park, Shannon Wall Centre Kerrisdale, Binning Tower and Strathcona Village.
