The Company's operations are focused on resources located in the states of Nevada and Colorado in the United States. Its Nevada Properties, described collectively as Cherry Creek Project, consists of over 9,000 acres and lies within an historic silver district. The Cherry Creek Project includes various claims, such as Only Chance, Chequer No. 08, Ben Butler, Big Giant, Emma, Jim Blaine, Little Giant, Logan, New Century, Old Imperial, October, June Bug, Ashley B, North Star, Keithley Fraction, Foggy Fraction, Good Enough, Good Enough 31, Mascot, Chief of Hills, Gray Eagle and Star. It holds interests in the Silver Cliff property in Colorado, which consists of approximately 100 lode claims, covering much of the historical past producing mineral districts of Silver Cliff and Rosita Hills. The Silver Cliff Property is located approximately 50 miles west of Pueblo in Colorado.
