Regulus Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company. The Company’s projects include Golden Brew, Rio Grande, El Camino, La Frontera, Aguas Calientes, Catua and Fireweed. It has around 50% interest in the Rio Grande copper gold porphyry project (Rio Grande), held through its wholly-owned subsidiary Mineras Antares Argentina S.A. It has drilled around 120 holes at Rio Grande. It has entered into an option agreement with Highway 50 to earn about 50% interest in the Golden Brew Project in central Nevada, which is hosted within jasperoid and silicified breccias. The El Camino property is an iron-oxide-copper-gold prospect. The La Frontera property is a low sulphidation style silver-gold prospect. The Aguas Calientes property is an epithermal gold-silver prospect. The Catua property is a copper prospect and consists of three cateos totaling about 9,000 hectares. The Fireweed deposit is a polymetallic deposit of sulphide and disseminated sulphide replacement type mineralization.
