It has investments in a joint venture, OP Holdings, alongside with Och-Ziff Real Estate and Parking Real Estate LLC. The OP Holdings owns approximately six parking facilities in the United States. Its property portfolio includes approximately two assets, in which it held equity, Canopy and Expresso. Its property portfolio includes approximately four additional facilities, including Chapel Square that is located in New Haven, Connecticut; Terra Park, which is located in Jacksonville, Florida; Riccio Lot, which is located in New Haven, Connecticut, and Z Parking, which is located in East Granby, Connecticut. Its Canopy Airport Parking Facility services Denver International Airport, and Expresso Airport Parking services Oakland International Airport.
