Pure Energy Minerals Limited is a Canada-based mineral resource company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties, with a focus on lithium brines and related processing of brines into lithium compounds. The Company's material project is the Clayton Valley South Lithium Brine Project (the CVS Project or the Project), located in Clayton Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada. The CVS Project is an exploration-stage project. The CVS project consists of approximately 816,000 metric tons of lithium carbonate equivalent inferred resource. The Company has focused on producing lithium compounds, such as Lithium Carbonate (Li2CO3) and Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate (LiOH H2O), which are primarily used in the lithium ion battery market. The Company, through its subsidiary, Esmeralda Minerals, LLC, has approximately 1,320 acres of placer mineral claims (the CA claims) in Clayton Valley, Nevada.
